Northfield Notes

Eric MacNight took the overall victory in the 6th best time ever run (36:27), 55 seconds behind Dmitry Drozdov’s CR from 2006.

Kasie Enman set a course record (40:47) going 25 seconds under Amy Nedeau’s time from 2006.  18 Year old Carolyn Stocker ran the 3rd best time with her 42:47.

Suzy West narrowly missed her 40+ CR from 2006 (47:19) with her excellent 47:23.

The women’s 50+ field was especially talented with the top four all breaking Lisa Doucett’s CR (52:03) from 2009.  Jacqueline Shakar led the way with her 50:30.  Followed by Leslie Krichko-Townsend, Donna Smyth and Lisa Doucett running 50:43, 51:16 and 51:18 respectively.
  
On the men’s side, Tim Van Orden ran the second fastest 40+ time with his 37:57 which trails only Eric Morse (37:35) from 2009.

Rich Miller took the top spot in the 60+ with the second fastest time ever run (50:02) 2.5 minutes behind Peter Gargarin’s CR from 2006.

The top four 70+ men broke Paul McDermott’s CR from 2007 (1:07:26).  George Gilder ran an impressive 58:59 to lead the way.  Charles Kellogg, Frank Hurt, and Ed Kirby followed in 59:10, 1:02:31, and 1:06:15 respectively.
